Minutes: Approval of last meeting minutes was motioned by Barb Pirhalla and seconded by Debbie Roxby. Treasure’s Report: Scott Owen advised that $2,710.41 was new balance. Scott will work on composing a list of paid/active and non-paid members so the officers can reach out to them.

Survey of Victorian Old Town Properties:

Barb Pirhalla will provide at the next meeting an updated listings of what is for sale or sold.

 

Community Announcements:

Thursday, at the First State Capital Building a presentation on Main Street Organization will be held.

 

Reach out to the officers with any ideas you have to generate funds.

​

Fall Yard/Bake Community Sales was agreed upon to be September 17, 2016. $5.00 donation to participate was agreed upon.

 

Possible 2017 Fundraisers: Christmas tours in North Wheeling and Garden Tours.
Dues for one member was collected at meeting.

 

Seeing Hand Association is need of volunteers in their garden on the Island. Please try to assist. Tuesdays from 5-8 p.m. This garden is sponsored by Grow Ohio Valley. Please try to support both organizations in any way possible.

 

New Business:

Crime Watch Meeting: Next meeting will be the third Thursday in July.

Next meeting on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at Cindy Bonfini-Hotlosz’s Home at 700 Main Street. Please bring a hostess snack to share.
